You can earn up to 7500 vitality points The test includes the following: - Resting blood pressure - Height and weight, waist circumference - A few simple strength and flexibility screenings - A 6 minute walking treadmill test
The duration of the test is 30-45min and cost R400 (which can be claimed back from Discovery if you have funds available in your MSA)
